Returns Policy
We guarantee that the jewellery you buy from us has never been worn by anyone else, hence we cannot take exchanges or returns.
Please make sure you are choosing the correct size (gauge/mm, diameter etc) when you make a purchase. If you are not sure please feel free to ask questions!
In the case of our titanium jewellery with stone settings and threads we are pleased to offer you a life time guarantee of the stones never popping out of their settings or the threads from stripping.
Please retain a copy of your invoice/receipt as proof of purchase.
If you receive your order in damaged condition please contact ninjaflower immediately - within the first 24 hours of delivery - via email, facebook or phone (if outside of business hours please leave a message). It is helpful to photograph not only the damaged item but also the packaging (the bag and wrapping).
Your item is insured by the postal company so a claim will be submitted by ninjaflower - depending on the item a refund or replacement will be offered at ninjaflowers discretion.
If you do not contact ninjaflower about the damage within the required timeframe, ninjaflower will not be held repsonsible for replacing or refunding the item.
In regards to installing your ninjaflower jewellery at another piercing studio we cannot guarantee that another studio will correctly process and sterlise or insert the jewellery without damage, ninjaflower is not required to replace jewellery damaged or marred by another party - always seek out reputable, experienced piercing technicians - email esther@ninjaflower.co.nz or call 04 384 9170 if you need suggestions.

Privacy
The privacy of your customer data, orders and credit cards are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party. We will only send you email newsletters if you explicitly opt in.
Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorised by our bank, using secure encryption.
Delivery Times
We will process your order within 1 business day following payment of cleared funds (Tuesday to Friday). Payment by online banking cannot be checked until the next business day. We will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 2 days for delivery non-rural & 5 days for delivery in rural locations (Monday to Friday).
